Shipping Policy

UK Shipping

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and the shipping label has been generated.

Shipping Costs (UK)

  • £3.00 – Parcels under 2kg
  • £5.00 – Parcels over 2kg
  • Subscribers – Free UK shipping on orders over £100

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2 working days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on location.

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us, reshipping costs will apply.

Sustainability

At PZM, we use recyclable or biodegradable packaging materials wherever possible to reduce our environmental impact.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you use a return label provided by us, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We will refund the cost of the item and the original standard delivery charge (if applicable).

If you selected a premium delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised items
  • Items returned after the 14-day return window
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage where required.
